This is a standard factory map case with a popular 14-tier design. It features an all-locking mechanism in two locations for enhanced security. It is a multi-tier film storage cabinet capable of managing large drawings measuring 1310×930, made to order and not listed in catalog products, and has been well-received by many customers. We have a strong track record with large drawers (such as NA-10044). We received an order for 13 large units. This is a complete set consisting of a base and main body (7 tiers × 2 sets). We have extensive experience in custom manufacturing large drawers, and we provide detailed support after discussing storage items, load capacity, size, as well as installation and delivery conditions.

Once we receive approval on the drawings, we proceed with detailed design and manufacturing. We believe that considering storage efficiency and drawer deflection is essential for creating user-friendly custom designs, and we conduct load tests in-house before shipment. For large drawers, it is necessary to keep the deflection of the drawer bottom within a certain range; without ensuring a certain level of processing accuracy, smooth insertion and removal will not be possible.
